That’s why we’ve developed clear store policies that outline everything you need to know about how we operate and run our business. To book a date for your special occasion you can send a message from the site, send us a direct message from instagram or Facebook,or email, text or call us! Once your order is discussed and payment is established, you can make a full payment of your balance or make a 50% deposit of your total balance and the remaining would be due no later than 7 days prior to your order date. For further information, please read the following sections to find out more about how we provide the best customer experience.

How can I place an order?
To place an order to can send us a message here from the site, contact us on Instagram, Facebook, Email, Text or Call us.
Do you deliver?
Yes. We deliver for an extra fee. Please consider the time frame, distance and labor when receiving your delivery fee. You can also pick it up or uber your order as well.
When is the best time to book my order?
You would want to book your order at least 2-3 weeks prior to the date of the event to avoid disappointments of your date being booked. If we have the availability, we accept late orders.
How do i book my order?
You can make a non-refundable deposit of half your total balance or pay in full to secure your date and the remaining balance No later than 7 days prior to your order date.
How do I make a payment?
You can send your deposit or payment via zelle, cash app, Apple Pay, pay pal, or Venmo which ever is convenient for you.
Do you give refunds?
All deposits are non refundable, But 7 days prior to your order date you are able to use 50% of the payment as a credit towards another date. After 7 days of the order date there are no refunds, credits, or exchanges. You have 30 Days to use your credit.
